Renting Paintings
How does it work?
All paintings are for sale or to hire. If you choose to borrow you pay a monthly fee that amounts to 3% of the purchase value of the work: 1% is to pay the loan and 2% is laid aside for you to use later. This saved amount can be used at the end of the loan-term to buy the borrowed painting or any other painting of your choosing. The minimum loan period is four months, and you can keep borrowing as long as you want.
Example:
A painting costs 500 Euro: This means that the price to borrow it is 15 euros/ month of which 10 euros (2%) is saved for you to use later and only 5 euros is actually spent to pay the loan.
